Maryane Bogovic - Managing Director

Maryane has been Managing Director at Careers Unlimited for the past 2 years, though she has worked with the company for 11 years, starting in a supportive role. Maryane has brought a fresh new approach to the industry, leading her team of enthusiastic and vibrant consultants into a new era. With her many years of recruitment and management experience, Maryane has built an outstanding reputation for providing high quality recruitment and staff solutions, and has continued to maintain the professional and personalised service that Careers Unlimited is renowned for. Maryane is currently on maternity leave; due to return in 2011.

Lorena Solar - Principal Consultant

Lorena has been with Careers Unlimited for almost 10 years. She has transitioned through various roles including General Manager in Human Resources, and is now the Principal Consultant for the company. Lorena looks after Government recruitment and will be able to assist you with a wide range of APS positions, up to Executive level in the areas of Policy, Project, Executive Assistant, Administration and Ministerial – to name a few! She has developed an impressive network of private and public sector clients over the years. With her extensive knowledge of Government recruitment and vivacious and positive attitude, Lorena has earned her reputation and the contacts to facilitate superior recruitment partnerships within Canberra.

Kylie Hawker - Consultant

Kylie is our consultant responsible for Government and Legal recruitment across Canberra. She will be able to assist you with APS level roles including Policy, Secretariat and Project and Program Management positions. In the Legal division, Kylie will be able to assist you with needs ranging from support staff to Legal Professionals. Her previous 8 years experience within the legal sector has seen her develop a wide network of contacts with some of the major legal firms, giving her solid knowledge in the industry. In the 2 and a half years Kylie has been with the Careers Unlimited team, she has established herself as one of the top 5 recruiters for the Rubicor group; renowned for her client and candidate satisfaction.

Zarina Fitzgerald - Consultant

Zarina is our consultant who looks after Scribing and Government recruitment within the ACT region. With over 5 years experience in the recruitment industry in administration and information management, she will be able to assist you with your requirements from APS 2 up to Executive level. Zarina also has experience in managing the HR and recruitment processes involving company restructure. She initially moved to Canberra from Sydney, to manage and work for a local firm before joining the Careers Unlimited team over 2 years ago. With her friendly and approachable nature, Zarina has developed strong relationships with many clients in the government and private sector, providing them with a personalised and superior level of service they have come to expect from our firm.

Marcelle Macris - Consultant

Marcelle is the newest member to the Careers Unlimited Recruitment team. She is responsible for recruitment and selection within the private sector for general administration, sales and marketing positions. Prior to becoming a recruitment consultant, Marcelle was working as an Assistant Team Leader with ActewAGL in one of their largest sales channels. She has won several awards for her commitment and performance and has always demonstrated her capability to exceed targets and expectations. Marcelle’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service ensures that she has what it takes to maintain the high standards that Careers Unlimited has built it’s reputation upon. She has already built upon existing relationships and quickly developed new contacts within the ACT region, proving her ability to keep up in today’s industry.

Amy Goulton - Client Services

As our Client Service Administrator, Amy is the friendly person you will meet upon entering our office. She is responsible for arranging client and employee contracts, coordinating administrative tasks and daily operation of the front reception area - to name only a few of the multitude of tasks that she looks after! If you have any general questions regarding the recruitment process, timesheets and contracts, Amy will be able to answer them, or direct you to the person who can! Her bright personality, patience, kind nature and extensive background in administration makes her an essential and valued part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Sue Connor - Finance

Sue is our expert Finance Manager and manages all accounting areas of Careers Unlimited such as payroll, invoicing, reporting and client account management. She is an integral team member and with 20 years experience in her profession, this sassy lady knows her stuff! She works hard to ensure all pays go through on time, so to ensure that you don’t miss out, make sure that you send your timesheets through on time! Sue is contactable at the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
