Careers Unlimited, a subsidiary of the Rubicor Group provides a diversity of recruitment and selection recruitment services to employers and candidates both locally and nationally through our 23 multi site offices across Australia.

We have provided recruitment and search services to local firms as well as State and Commonwealth Governments since our inception in Canberra in 1996. For the past 16 years, Careers Unlimited has proven its stability and ongoing commitment to maintaining a high level of service and representation to a diverse group of private and public sector clients. With collectively over 30 years experience in human resource management, recruitment and engagement our senior account management, consulting and scribing teams are dedicated to delivering a superior recruitment practice.

Today, our knowledge and reputation in the Canberra market enables us to engage and retain the best possible candidates in the marketplace. We work closely with our government clients to develop strategic partnerships that offer a value add proposition to their internal recruitment practices and procedures. 

Our professional scribing practice ensures transparency and validity to internal recruitment projects eliminating arbitrary short listing, ranking and selection processes. Careers Unlimited provides high level consulting and scribe services for all levels up to and including SES appointments.
